Hi,

I am look for a video card with price range between $50-$80. Most of time
I will use the video card for office work, occucationly play some 3D games.

I prefer the video card has good image quality instead of raw speed.

There are so many different brands based on Geforce chip,
just couldn't figure out which one is better.

How about ATIs. Build by ATI is really better than those Power By ATIs ?

Radeon 9000 is $63 shipped on pricewatch. Radeon 8500LE is in your price range and a faster gaming solution, but I have noticed the 9000 and 9000 Pro have slightly better 2D quality, especially when using DVI and an LCD monitor.

I'd go with the RADEON 9000 Pro as it has excellent image quality and it'll run your games quite well. I prefer 'Built by ATI' cards over 3rd-party cards just for quality's sake and the fact you can use ATI's Catalyst drivers on a 'Built by ATI' card.:)

Radeon 9000 Pro is a good card, but a little out of his $80 budget, especially if you search for a "built by ATI". Sapphire actually manufactures some of the "built by ATI cards", so I don't think quality is an issue. I have used 5 different Sapphire video cards of the 9000, 9000 Pro, 8500 and 8500 LE and they all run fine with ATI's official catalyst 2.5 drivers.
