I'm going to the university and I thought instead a laptop I should build a desktop more powerfull and more cheap.

Tell me good mobo with AGP, ddr2 for AMD or Intel (am2, 939, {d'ont know intel sockets})

for AMD X2 AM2 4800+, or E6400 or something like that.

AGP? um...you have to get either an old Socket 939 AMD board or a Asrock board for socket775 Intel (limited overclocking).

I'm not familiar with specific models with availability and prices.
