need advice with lga 775 motherboards

I am going to upgrade from socket 939 finally to core 2 and want to know what the best overclocking motherboard is for the least amount of money. Don't really want to spend a fortune just on the motherboard. Any help would be appreciated....thx

I got a good deal on my MSI Neo2-FR and the Abit IP35-E can be had for reasonable prices as well.

What type of processor were you thinking? What are you going to do with the 939 stuff?
