Need Advice with Gaming build

This will be mainly for gaming. I play World of Warcraft and Unreal Tournament 2k4. My case is still good but will upgrade everything else. This is what I've picked out but I'm open for tweaking. I've never overclocked but might be willing to try. I'll also be upgrading my monitor to a 20.1 widescreen later down the road.

CPU: AMD Athlon X2 3800+

Heatsink/fan:ZALMAN CNPS 9500 AM2 2

Mobo: Asus M2N-E

RAM: Corsair XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2-800

Video: eVGA Geforce 7600GT

Power Supply: Antec Truepower 550W

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA2

NEC 16X DVD±R DVD Burner Black IDE/ATAPI Model ND-3550A

First and foremost...how much are you willing to spend ?

450W fortron, you don't need 550W and i'm not a great fan of the TPII range anyway.

Willing to spend about $1,000 on the rebuild. I thought I would salvage my current case, Antec Solution Series Case- Antec SX800II however, I'm open to buying a new case as well.
