Need Advice/Suggestion to manage IE favorite/Netscape bookmark.

Hi, all

I have a v. bad habit, whenever I vist a site interesting, I bookmark/add to favorite.

problem is : I now have 2000+ bookmark / favorite

Is there any program to manage bookmark ? and you guys have experience / tips doing it ?
