Need advice, Program or script : for quick switching screen resolution and enable/disable screen saver

instead of going to control panel -> desktop -> scroll through all the setting ?

i.e. when playing movie on tv-out.

I don't know about the screensaver, but in the DISPLAY PROPERTIES - SETTINGS - ADVANCED of win98, you can check 'show settings icon on taskbar' from which you can right click the icon and set your rez

However, that's the standard method.

I am looking for a better one, preferably with 1 mouse click only via some sorts of Program or script instead of windows build-in function, aka
