Will a Taisol CKG Heatsink be good enough for a 1.2GHZ Athlon OC'd to 1.4GHZ, need to knwo soon as I am buying one from compuwiz1

Yes, the Taisol CGK might be good enough. The problem is with the stock fan that comes with the HSF. It's very quiet, but weak. It should work fine for 1.2 (that's what I'm using - 1.0 OCed to 1.2). Replace the fan with a ~25 CFM fan like the Sunon, YS Tech, or Delta and it should be fine.
