Need advice please on a screw up of mine

While removing a fan off my CPU, the screwdriver slipped and scratced off a tiny bit of the printed circuit off the motherboard . Is that a major problem . I do not want to put the CPU back on it to find out. I might mess something else up. Any input is appreciated

Erm, bit of a tricky one. Did you scratch a track? if so that would probably be bad (I don't know if you can easily fix them) and did the screwdriver go deep? I expect you PCB is multilayered so making a dent would also be bad! I really don't know (maybe I shouldn't have posted!). I think it's a bit of a lottery....who knows.

Sorry that didn't help much (other than to let you know that probably no one here is going to be able to guarantee the safety of your CPU if you take the plunge - be careful!),
