Why do you need wireless? Analog wireless is terrible, and digital wireless is rare and limits your choices to almost nothing. A decent headphone normally comes with a 3 or 4 metres cable, and you can get extensions.

i agree. nothing like messing around with the tune dial every 50 seconds to make you want to throw them away. good headphones will give you atleast 7-10 feet, then just get a extension at radio shack. maybe tech has changed alot since i had mine, but i could never enjoy the music because of signal interupts. i do recommend if you like listening in on cordless conversations....id want to listen to some handel and end up hearing my neighbor telling his gf he has herpes. which was more entertaining? you make the call. I ended up picking a cheap pair of wireless seinhesser refurbs from ecost (~$35). The quality is noticeably different to my untrained ear - between what comes out of my speakers and what I can hear on the phones, the quality delta is similar to CD vs radio for me. But for range they're great, both floors of the house and even out back (although can start to clip in and out at extreme range). No channel adjustments required for these. Batteries last 2-3 hours for me, and it came with two sets, and the broadcast unit ( terminology? ) doubles as the charger.
