need advice on vista

I'm building my first PC and am getting vista home premium 64 bit but the prices i'm finding on amazon vary wildly. Could someone explain what if any are the differences in those linked below?

obviously i'm drawn to the cheapest one but i don't want to end up buying cut down or crippled software in any way.

1) oem - meaning it is technically tied to the 1 computer, shipped by amazon
2) same as 1 but shipped from a different supplier
3) says oem so same as 1 and 2 but shipped from a different company as well, but using retail/upgrade packaging?.. wouldn't trust that one
4) same as 1 but a 3 pack meaning you get 3 oem licenses.

you can get a way with just the first. ignore the rest. Depending on exactly how soon you are going to build this, I might as well go with Win 7 Home Premium vs vista

Thanks very much dahak. i was thinking of win 7 but i've never used a new OS before, i always wait until SP1 and was worried about driver support.

Bearing in mind that 64 bit tends to lag behind 32 bit in this dept anyway and it's a new system too i was concerned it may cause probs. Have you heard anything good/bad about 64 bit win 7?

Win7=Vista. If it works on Vista, it'll more than likely work on Win7.

i presume 64bit win 7 was released for beta testing too? so i should be able to find some feedback on it.
