Hi guys I am looking for a video for around $100.00+/- so what would you guys recommend. The one I am looking and thinking about getting is the one in the link below.

Any opinions on this card good or bad and any others you recommend that might be better or similar, with a longer warranty?

I am now also looking at this one because of the warranty but read a few reviews on Newegg of some saying they are seeing high temps on thier cards.

System
Athlon II X4 3.0
MB TXTA790 GX A3+
Dual Monitors 23” & 27”
3 Hardrives
2 DVD Drives
PS 700w OCZ

Video card requirements
Quiet
2 DVI
1 HDMI
1 Display Port
For video editing & PS
Good desktop PQ, text photos and for playing videos.
The most problem free video card. :)

Btw can anyone me tell the differences between Nvidia (Cuda) and ATI ( video HW encoding) when it comes to video editing or up scaling video capability between the two brands?

TIA

I think there are some 5770's for sale in the FS/FT forum that are under $100 if you are willing to shop there. The 5750 should be easily overclockable to 5770 levels if you are willing to do that though.

The 5750s, or 5770s if you find them priced right, are about your only options then.

However just so you know you can't use all four outputs at once on the HD 5750. You can only use two of the DVI+HDMI at a time. You can use the Displayport at anytime in any configuration, but just think of one of the HDMI and one of the DVI outs as being "shared".

I will not be using all 4 ports at once, I will just be running the 2 monitors on DVI and one changed to HDMI when needed. But thanks I didn’t know the HDMI shares a DVI port.

My two monitors will be connected to DVI ports so I a prefer a card with dual DVI ports for them, I want HDMI port for HD/BD movies when needed and will switch over one of the monitors to HDMI. Not looking to go with an adapter for a VGA port for one of the DVI monitors I want both monitors on DVI cables to DVI ports on the card. I want the display port for down the road should I need it.

Now if I missing something or I am incorrect on the above let me know.
