Need advice on smoothies

1) strawberries (frozen is my fav.)
2) banana (fresh)
3) vanilla yogurt
4) fruit juice

5) ice (optional, depending on how much frozen strawberry you used)

that's what i usually go with. smoothies are easy to experiment with. try different things and just do what you like. you can add protien or other dietary supplements as well if you like. it's really up to you.

optional. make it without, taste it, and add some if you feel like it. i personally don't like it any sweeter. besides, if you use fruit juice, then it already has sugar in it.

shake.

...tried that too... it makes it much sweeter and changes the texture, making it more like a shake.
