Need advice on New MB

Built a rig last Oct and in that time my MB has fried twice. Want to get a new MB that hopefully will work with the rest of my components. My current MB is an MSI 865pe neo2-p. I have heard good things about MSI but for me they have been crap.

I need a new MB that supports RAID (2 WD raptor 75 gig HD's), has an AGP graphics slot, and supports DDR memory (not DDR-2). Thanks much for any advice.

My rig consists of:

Intel Pentium 4 3.0c (socket 478)
Corsair value select 512 2.5 (X2)
Gigabyte X800-XT 256 vid card (AGP)
Antec Neopower 480 PSU
Onboard sound

I don't overclock.

for socket 478 i would get the abit ic7 g max 2 advance. get the max3 if you can find it. i have it and its solid. ive never had a problem with that board other then the chip set fan going out but ive heard that can happen on any board. i heard msi doesnt make great intel boards dont know if that holds true or not. my intel rig is 2.8c 2 512 of corsair xms series pc3200 and 2 36.6 raptors then 75 gig were not out yet when i was putting my intel rig together. i have ati x800pro agp card also.
