Need advice on new mainboard/processor/graphics card setup

I currently have a Radeon 9200, and it's on it's last legs. I'd like to replace it with a good video card, but I'm running an nForce2 mainboard with an Athlon 2500+- which means I have no PCIe slots on the board. What would you guys recommend for a new mainboard/processor/video card setup? I'd like to spend about $500...

you may also need to upgrade your PSU at this time depend on the quality and power of the unit.
