The primary goal here is to cool the case better, it gets kind of toasty. The secondary goal is to filter the air with fan filters.

Heres my case:

The computer has 1 120mm outtake fan, a liberty psu with an outtake fan and a video card cooler that has an outtake fan. I wanna get a positive airflow in the case by cutting some fan holes with my dremel and adding 2-3 120mm fans. I also wanna filter the case by adding fan filters, but primarily I want to cool the chipset, cpu, and video card down by providing more air.

The fans i plan to buy:

I plan to get 2-3 of these fans and use them as intake fans
and put them on either side of my x-qpack case.

And i wanna use these filters:

- (1)First does this sound like a good idea?, Will this cool my pc significantly or will this not help that much?

(2) Do filters impede airflow too much?

(3) Will these filters be effective at keeping dust out? and if so how often will i need to clean them? if not what kind of filters would be good?

1. Filters in general are a good idea if you won't be doing regular cleaning of the interior.
Cooling all depends on fan air flow (in-flow & out-flow in balance), and how much noise you can tolerate.
2. They will over time as they become clogged.
3. We don't know because your Newegg links don't work.
You'll need to clean the filters when they begin to get clogged (all depends on YOUR environment.
Again, we can't tell you, because your Newegg links don't work.

Hmmm, your newegg link to fan filters is pointing to 80mm fan filters and no 120mm filters are sold by that company on newegg.

its better to get a nicer larger case and heatsinks in the first place. generally turning your little pc into a noisy wind tunnel is a bad way solution and generally unecessary.
spend the money on a nice case, preferably somethihng like an antec p180-82... $69 after rebate at frys now. it has decent cooling, comes with fans, and the vents are baffled so the noise doesn't have a direct route out. the panels are also layered to dampen noise.
get a good heatsink, good heat removal efficiency with less airflow.
annd well, accept that there is such a thing as over cooling your system. keeping it at a reasonable temperature is enough, you aren't going to get a performance improvement by cooling it more. its rated for something like 15 years at rated temperatures using standard heatsinks, by that time it will be really worthless;)

and also, moving a ton of air through your system is a chore. filters do help, they tend to get rid of large fluff if they are simple mesh types that don't restrict too horribly. the type of fans in pc cases are bad at pushing air through things, so you will pay a price for using filters. don't use filters and you get massive dust:p i've gone down the path... its really not worth it and the money spent is basically wasted.

i see your m/b is microatx. well i guess you kind of walked yourself into a corner on that one. just get a better hsf if you can. is it even crashing to justify this? if nothings wrong with the system, nothing need be done. if you want you can drill out a buncha vent holes near the front to make the 120mm stock fans job easier i guess. i'm not sure if it needs it though. but that takes the least work.
