Need advice on MB for video

After my MSI crapped the bed and the newly aquired Soltek didn't run out if the box I am looking for advice for a mb. Here are what I am going to do with it and my needsUsing it along with an ATI AIW 8500dv, 4 large hd's, a 4x NEC dvd burner for editing video and dvd's. No gaming at all. I need on board sound and lan, and some oc capabilities. I need a stable board, chipset doesn't matter to me. I have a Barton 2500 for it and some Crucial 2700 for now. I need to make a purchase today as projects are backing up. And if anyone knows of someone who has a board that meets these requirements, please let me know. Thanks.
