Need advice on inventory or tracking software for merchandise

I need some advice on what Windows software to use to track inventory, cost, sales, etc of high end items, particularly jewelery. I specified this because each item would probably be 1 quantity so I don't want something geared toward inventory-ing and tracking items with 500 pieces or some sort of warehouse program.

Any suggestions? Something for a small business or store?
