I KNOW IT! after heavy research and googling i found out you can contact the texas bar, good luck OP

I can't believe no one has mentioned this yet, but I would go ahead and contact the State Bar Association. They should be able to handle it.

How often do you call him? Does he return your calls? Does he leave you messages?

I know I'm in court rather often, and some of my clients have accused my secretary of lying to cover for me. It can be tough to return client phone calls, but as a lawyer, you gotta do it.

I do a lot of consumer law, and if it is an open and shut case, the manufacturer should have requested an affidavit of sorts regarding the odometer reading, maintenance records, and related documentation.
