Need advice on good quality 37" 32" LCD

I was asked to recommend a good quality 37" maybe a 32" LCD. They need better than a 1080p resolution. Any ideas? I'm thinking a professional LCD is more in the 30" range. This is not for gaming. Thanks
 
The good thing is his office will pay for it. Let's say up to 3000.00
I first suggested a 32" 1080p TV, like I use, but he wants more of a display area for worksheets. He might be better off going to multiple displays.
 
Is a 30" professional LCD really not big enough? Or would a projector provide a big enough image to impress?

If you are prepared to consider multi-monitor, the three 1080p of the Samsung MD230X3 give a 39" diagonal if aligned in portrait mode.
