Would be a bonus if it worked on my cordless phone too. Must have speakers on both sides, microphone, and pretty good quality. Budget = <$20 to $60
Any recommendations?

ALTEC LANSING AHP512 are $20
SENNHEISER PC 130 are $40

Also, anyone notice that if you criticize newegg on their in a reviews on their site that your message doesn't make it onto the board. "New Egg rocks" or you get censored?

I have the Zalman 5.1 headphones, and those things work wonders for me. Make sure you have a sound card that can support 5.1 surroundsound.

plantronics audio v.90, nothing better for gaming. ask about it on any gaming fourms, on TWL at least 4/5 people have one, i have one as well, you simply can't get anything better. My first one's mic busted after 2 years so i ripped it off and just have a kick ass set of headphones. (i bought another pair too tho)

I am a top battlefield player in both cal and twl and when it comes to battlefield, having a good headset for communication is key. I have had both of the headsets you are considering and trust me when I say to go with the sennheisers. They have incredible sound and an excellent mic. The plantronics sound dull compared to the senns and out of the 10 sets my clan won in a tourney last year 4 of those have lost sound in one ear or the other.
