Need advice on DVD media (+R of -R)

I have an LG GSA 4082B and am looking for the best +R or -R media. The drive is rated as an 8x but I can not find it listed on any of the avaiable compatablity sheets. So does anyone recommend one brand over another. I see RiTek list most of the time.
