Need advice on computer parts for new computer (<$800 budget)

Hello, my current PC is 5 years old and barely runs some of the new games (BF3 mainly) I plan on playing BF3, GW2, D3 when they come out and want to be able to run those games on max settings. So if anyone could please help me get the best bang buck for the money I'd greatly appreciate it.

So I need everything but the processor for under $800. (I don't need monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc. just the tower)
