Need advice on card for 2d artwork in photoshop

Some of you might have seen my artwork. I currently use a v3 2k and I'm ready to upgrade. I just wanted advice on which card to buy. The $150 radeon deal at best buy seems very enticing, and is what i'm going for so far. Any other suggestions? I know not all GeForce MX's have crappy 2d, but I want the highest quality for a reasonable price. I can handle the loss of 10-20 fps.

You may want to consider the matrox G-400. I have not used one, but they seem to have an excellent rep for 2D.
