Need advice on building a workstation for work

OutHouse

Lifer
ok here is my idea.

Our dept had a big pow-wow a few weeks ago and management wants us to find ways to reduce cost. Ive been pricing out a system for me, you might have seen my post asking quesitions about this or that. Well the thought occured to me today why dont we build our own systems instead of leasing workstations from Data General.

Ive looked at Newegg and saw CPU PENTIUM II/CELERON800 FCPGA RETAIL BOXCeleron 800MHZ Socket 370 100Mhz BUS. 128K CACHE, FC-PGA. w/Fan and Heatsink. Three Years for $49.99. Thats pretty cheap

anyway what is a good celeron board? it doesnt need sound but a built in NIC would be nice we do have a whole lot of 3com nics lying around.

Also any recomendations on a good cheap case, mid-tower only.
