My dad needs a very basic computer at work and I told him that I could build him one for roughly 300 dollars. So what I was thinking was that I would give him my Case and Memory(from my sig) and then I would buy a new PSU, case and memory. I was looking at these 2 PSU and can't find a difference expect that one is 2.0? Would this make a major Differences? Antec TRUEPOWERII TPII-550 ATX12V 550W Power Supply
Or the 2.0Antec TruePower 2.0 TP2-550 EPS12V 550W Power Supply

Is the 10 dollars a major difference or if I can save it should I?

Also I was thinking of getting this RAM for overclocking and giving my dad my Geil.

I planned on Getting this Thermaltake Tsunami VA3000BWA Black Computer Case With Side Panel Window. the total cost works out to be about 470 if I go with the non 2.0 ANtec and about 480 if I go with the 2.0 antec. That would probably be more than he wanted to spend. So if anyone could help me find some RAM CASE and PSU for me so I can give him my old stuff that would be great. I was also looking at the Forton PSU 400W but am not sure if that will be enough to overclock and be stable. If it is that would be like 50 bucks savings, which I could convince him of. Also if the RAM isn't necessary for decent OCing and something is cheaper let me know please

They are both TruePower 2's, but the "2.0" one has 2 fans versus the "II" version's 1 fan.

The timings on the RAM are kinda high for the premium price, but OCZ RAM is warrantied up to like 3.2V or something rediculous like that. Maybe some XMS stuff would better suit you.

EDIT: Sorry, nevermind about the RAM, thought it was 512x2.

EDIT 2: Text - How about this for $205 AR.

so is the 2nd fan worth the extra 10 dollars? Also What about getting a forton 400W for 50? Does that seem more feasable? I think i will go with the RAM you suggested.
