Need advice on Asus P4T533-C please

Im looking to build a system with the Asus P4T533-C or P4T533. Is there anyone who has built a system with one of these boards, and if so what problems if any did you encounter? If you built a system could you list your specs. Here are my specs for the new machine, if you see any problems please let me know.
Antec 1080 case 430 power
Asus P4T533-c OR P4T533
Kingston (2x256 mb)1066/ Samsung (2x256mb 32 bit 4200 RDR)
Intel pentium 2.26 gig 533 fsb
Western digital 120 gig HD 8 mb
radeon 9700 (If I can get one)
Pioneer 16x DVD

I haven't seen much information in the forums on either of these boards. Maybe thats a good thing, maybe no one is having any problems. Maybe it's a bad thing because no one is buying them .

The P4T533 has some Over clocking issues if you're into that - Please be aware since you are not familiar with this board that there have been some overclocking issues with the board and it remaining stable at certain bus speeds. My board is very very stable with this 2.26b at stock speeds and several incremental bus speeds. It will post and run apps up to 162fsb.

The board requires a 400watt or larger power supply for best results.
