Need Experts advice on my ASUS mobo

I have the opportunity to change my CPU from a P4 2Ghz/100 to a P4 2.4Ghz/133 for only a couple of bucks so my question is:
Does my mobo work with P4 2.4Ghz/133 CPU ?
Any other troubles that I should think about ?
