256 MB Cruial 2100 DDR
Radeon 64
Hercules Game Theatre XP
Windows 2000

Overclocking is very important, more important than performane. Which mobo should I get?

Well, The Asus A7A is a nice DDR choice. There is a hack out to have multipliers in the bios. You can also get the new Epox DDR board or if you want to spend more get the MSi K7 Master. Out of the 3 boards the Epox is a much better tweaker. You can get it from newegg.com for around $135.
