Need advice on after-market CPU coolers

So, hopefully sometime next week, I'll be putting together my very first build. It will be Sandy Bridge (LGA 1155) based in a HAF 932 case. The rest of my parts are as follows:

WD VelociRaptor WD1500HLFS 150GB Internal Hard Drive
WD Caviar Black WD6402AAEX 640GB Internal Hard Drive
Intel Core i7-2600K Processor
EVGA GeForce GTX 580 Graphics Card
Patriot Viper Xtreme 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Asus P8P67 DELUXE Intel P67 DDR3 LGA1155 ATX Motherboard
Standard DVD Drive.
CORSAIR HX Series CMPSU-850HX 850W
Possibly a SSD boot Drive.

While I am new to PC building, the seemingly easy task of over-clocking in the UEFI BIOS has intrigued me. I'd like to OC the 2600k to around 4.5 Ghz stable. I have heard that this can be done with the stock cooler in a decent case, but I would like this PC to last me a good while into the future. Therefore, I am looking for advice on what sort of after-market Heatsink/CPU Fan to purchase. First off, I want to avoid liquid-cooling systems as they are probably above my skill level to utilize. Second, anything $150 and under is fine. The main issues are I want the thing to be able to fit onto an LGA 1155 board in the HAF 932 case. If a product is easier to install then others please let me know as I am popping my cherry with this build. Thanks guys.

IMO thats a pretty silly build.

Spend no more than $50 on a CPU cooler otherwise you are wasting your money.

Whats with the raptor drive, those are irrelevant at that size, when you can get a SSD.

4.5ghz on a stock cooler was only possible though a ES cpu with a messed up DTS sensor.

Retails are not showing anywhere near the simular DTS we have seen from the ES leaks.

People on retail are getting what ES got on the stock cooler using thermalright Ultra's and Megahelms.
If you ask me, the 2500K and 2600K arent that much cooler then a i7 870. Just a TAD, but not by a significant amount.

And whats wrong with a 50 dollar + sink?
Usually it means its quality and though a good vendor, unless its zalman, so the sink is 90% of the time upgradable to the next platform, or a cross platform.

The Noctua NH-D14, Thermalright Silver Arrow, Prolimatech Megahalems, or Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro. Those seem to be the best (and biggest) air CPU coolers out there. I'm sure there's more but these are what come to mind. The Dark Rock Pro is new and don't know if available in the US.

the 2600k isn't too hard to cool, so you can get either a hyper 212+ from newegg.com or a more effecient cooler like Mugen 2 from newegg.com, both under 50. I personally like Mugen 2 better.
