Need advice on a motherboard for video editing

I'm looking for a good motherboard for an avid editing station I'm building. It's going to be a quad core with 8 gigs of ram and probably a gtx260. Preferably one with a lot of sata ports. Somewhere in the $150-200 range would be nice. I may be overlooking some important factor or consideration for the motherboard so any suggestions would be welcome.
