Need advice on a board for AMD-K62 400 mhz

I got a comp from work that is real unstable. I have changed everything out such as cables, HD, etc. and it is still unstable. I think it is the chafe mobo. Anyways I need advice on a good mobo for this CPU. The mobo needs to have 2 SIMM slots because the only memory I have for it is 2-64Mb SIMMs 🙁 Anyways any help would be appreciated.
