Need advice on <$60 Gaming Headsets

I'm getting a new sound card in the mail and want to upgrade from my $15 Logitech Extreme Gaming headset. I prefer behind the head/neck style.

If that's what you want, your options are slim. Most of the better headsets like the Sennheiser PC 150 and Plantronics Audio90 go over your head.
