In January of this year, I ordered two magazine subscriptions. One of them was Forbes and one was Mens Health. Each was from a different website.
The two websites were:

I waited a few months, and I got no magazines in the mail and no correspondence from the companies. Six months later, I still have not heard anything from anyone and I have yet to receive one magazine.
Oh, and BTW, both companies charged my card the very next day after I submitted the purchases.
I then contacted the companies and received automated responses telling me to wait a few more weeks. After a few more weeks, I contacted them again. This time, I got personal emails from people at both companies. One of the websites sent me an email from their "Vice President." Both told me the same thing, that they couldnt issue me a refund, and sometimes these transactions take a few months. They also told me there's nothing that they can do at this point. It's been almost nine months now. Now, the total that I paid was only around $10, but I can't let them rip me off like this.
Anyone else have any similar experiences with these companies? Seriously, what should I do now?
