Need advice for Office Technology buy?

I'm helping a friend open a real estate office and want some office type advice for technology buy:

I got all computers, and flat monitors:

I need:
Plasma - refurbish accepts - cheapest possible just for showing a video of real estate

Laser printer for people working there to print - everyday use
Multifunction machine - copier and Fax.



Want very good machines but affordable.
Was going to buy dell 3100 laser printer but missed the deadline for %40 coupon.

can't help you, but here's a bump...

why don't you get a laser multifunction machine? are you assuming that the printer will be in use too often? i believe that jobs are queued pretty well on HP all-in-one machines.

I agree with Tami. Get a laser MFP (multi-function printer) to consolidate those functions into 1 machine. Why do you need a plasma tv to just show a video? That definitely sounds like overkill.

i want a used or refurb model. its going to be in the conference room, for presentations, and advertising, since it tilts to the winow outside.

Remember this is a real estate office, and so its on the ground level

whats a good mfp?

We give out HP 3050 (or something like that) machine to people. They are print/fax/etc machines. Not sure if they are laser or not. At home I have a Canon fax machine that can also be used as a printer and copier and that is laser but only B&W.
