he scored 9200 on 3dmark 03

his temps are fine for gpu
for cpu hes on stock heatsink with 4 fans blowing in case good airflow if u ask me
his cpu runs at 28C-30C on idle doesnt go above 40C - 41C on load
would it be safe to oc to 3.2ghz on stock heatsink with those temps?
