Need advice for a Socket A mobo , any help would be great

Im looking to finally upgrade this poor Gateway P5-200 .
I know Ill need a new power supply as this one is only a 250 watt version , but that can come shortly after I get a mobo .
My mother in law is buying me a mobo for Christmas and I gotta choose it soon or lose it
What I need is a decent Socket A with 1 ISA slot ( would like 2 but thats about impossible ) for around 120 shipped .
I found a Epox mobo for like 115 but I don't know much of thier quality . Any suggestions would be great , Thanks in advance .

the epox is great. If you really dont' need that isa slot i would get the MSI k7t pro2-a

Gotta have it . Ive got 2 ISA devices Im running , one scanner card the other is a 56k modem . I figure 20 bucks and Ill upgrade to a PCI modem even though my modem will run faster , I gotta bite the bullet . I wish DSL would make it to my house . Its getting close , maybe a year or so more .

Btw - the chances are that you will need a new case as well, as the gateway one probably isn't ATX. So you can get a decent Gloabalwin case with an Athlon Approved 300W PSU.

It's ATX , has USB and all . It was the final regular pentium 1's they built . About 3 weeks after I got my PC , they rolled out the PentII's ( which pissed me off cause I was a PC newbie and didnt read that new stuff was coming ) .
Its been a decent PC for the most part , just getting slow now .
I got a new 56K modem in it from them and a new 7.5 gig 5400rpm WD drive under warranty .
The modem was no biggie but the HD was a 2 gig so getting 5 extra for just a simple HD swap was good.
I don't even use the 7 gig now cause I gop a 15 gig for 80 bucks from buy.com a few months ago .
I may buy a new case after the new year , which is when I may finally get all the pieces for this new PC anyway . If not Ill use this case for the time being .
