What would be the best card on this type of system:

P4 2.8 GHz Hyper Thread Tech 800FSB 512k Cache
ASUS P4S800
512MB dual channel stick of Geil PC3200 (DDR400)
80GB MAXTOR HDD

He is looking into getting a 6800 AGP, but he is also looking into getting a 6600GT AGP. Which card would best fit that system without bottlenecking it? Would the 6800 be a source of bottlenecking?
