Need advice... first time computer builder gaming/audio

Hello everyone,
I'm interested in building a computer. I just don't know the best way to go about it. I'm fine with installing cards, ram, and drives, but I've never dealt with cpu installations or building up an entire computer. First of all is there an easy way to go about this? For example is there a computer I can get that will be good, but partially put together? I just don't know if I can put it all together. Also what would be a good choice for gaming and heavy audio production? Thanks

don't get too lazy its not that hard i made my first a few months ago, the only thing i didn't do for my build was put the cpu on the mobo it came preinstalled, but that shou;dn't be too hard, don't settle for prebuilt comps that are narrow in peice selection and priceful

Don't worry, this is also my first time of DIY. I think installation is easy, even though I havn't begun (Since I am still waiting for the shipped PSU). I think the most challenging thing for our newbies is do overclocking. Good luck to us, DIY newbies.

yeah I'd eventually like to figure out how to overclock, but right now I'd be happy just knowing how to put a machine together from parts. I'm sure pretty much anything will be better than my celeron laptop
