What I don't understand is, how you do not get the idea YOU were wrong in bidding on multiple auctions for the same item and then expecting all of them to "Be Polite" and retract your bid.

I've never been in the position of bidding on multiple of the same item before. This was a learning experience for me and believe me, lesson learned!

Gotta love ATOT for saying it like it is.

UPDATE: I firmly decided that there's no way I'm meeting with her in person but she agreed to drop them off with a friend provided I pay with paypal. She was an INCREDIBLY unpleasant person to deal with but I'll get the tickets by tomorrow and have a craigslist person lined up to buy them at the concert for a $40 profit. Win!

Moral of the story: Don't be a jerk if you're on eBay as either buyer or seller. The end.

1. Wait, are you married or not? You've claimed this before.

2. You did the right thing. Maybe the Craigslist buyer will stiff you because s/he found a cheaper price elsewhere.

22 hours is NOT a long time to re-list, re-sell, and SHIP something with an expiration date.
