need advice about water cooling for amd xp2500+ on a abit nf7-s2.0

im new to watercooling systems but i hear that they are really more effective than ordianry fans. I plan to get a water cooling system for my amd xp2500+ and abit nf7-s 2.0 mobo. Please advise bout the kind of stuff to get and pricing and installation, if its easy or do i need to get it professionaly installed.

wit hthe new heatsinks nowadays, your average.cheap water setup will not do/ or just as good as top of the line air cooling. if you're gonna go water, get some good parts.
