So I found out that my CPU is not the best one for running ram at 1:1 so I decided to sell my 4800plat on ebay and buy 2 gigs or ram and ran it with 166 divider.
This would be 2GB dual channel kit of OCZ 3200plat 2-3-2-5
I'm running right know my cpu at 9X278 so using divider it would get my memory to 227 which is 454mhz DDR.
The questions are:
1. will 2GB dual channel kit affect overclocking ability of my CPU?
2. Will I be able to run 1T (I will use only 2 sticks not four so I think I will but want to make sure)
3. How mentioned before memory works with DFI?
any advice/suggestions greatly appreciated
