Need A64 X2 mobo suggestion

I have an Epox 9NPA+ Ultra that I messed up, so I have to find a replacement. I'm happy with the board, but I'm not sure if there are any better options out there other than the 9NPA3 Ultra since I haven't really kept up with the new ATI and ULi chipsets. The only real requirements are a good overclocker (270+ HTT), PCIe, and Socket 939.

Epox EP-9NPA+
Best value out there with all of the nForce4 Ultra features.
