check ebay
i dont know when miniPCI hit the market, is that an option? if it is, expect a problem: i had to hunt down a BIOS hack to get a new wifi card working in my T40

get a usb adapter and save yourself some hassle.

Any PCMCIA card will work just fine in a T22. MiniPCI is a bit more problematic. If the system didn't come with internal wireless you'll have to add antennas. It's not hard, but it is a bit advanced as you have to really pull apart the laptop. Plus there's the issue of the IBM whitelist of approved NICs that you have to bypass. Going the USB route isn't ideal either as the T22 only has USB 1.1. Anyway, go the PCMCIA route with any brand of card and things will work fine.
