Need a wired to wireless bridge

I have a long wired connection going from an ATT gateway wireless router to my room which I use for my PC. However what I would like to do is to be able to hook up another wireless router(preferrably n) on that connection to use for many of my other devices as the signal strength to my room sucks. Can anyone help me figure out what I need to setup something like this? I tried hooking up a cheap rosweill easy n 400 router I had, which does wireless bridging but doesn't seem to work as a wired bridge (if that is the right term).

I saw something on newegg called an easy-n upgrader, but the reviews saying it doesn't work well for macs scared me off as I have a few apple products this would be used for.

Can anyone recommend a device to get preferrably from newegg, amazon, or officemax (have some gift cards I want to spend)?
