Need a webcam that outputs H.263

I need a webcam that can encode and ouput H.263 itself, without being encoded by the computer or anything. Manufacturers don't seem to want tosay what format the output of the camera is, probably because most people don't care.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a camera that has this?

As far as I know most cams are basic mpeg2, it'll be hard to find one that does H263 on the cam, most that advertise 263 will probably use software to achieve it. :/
 
Yeah all the ones I am finding are basic mpeg 2, and rely on the computer to do any other encoding. That why I hoped someone here might have an idea =)
 
I think you'll find that for applications to use H263/4 that a webam won't do it justice due to the poor quality.
there are plenty of IP based CCD cameras that use .264, would this be an option?
 
Unfortunately we don't have the processing power on the system we will be integrating this with to decode the .264

I have looked at one or two IP based cameras that use .263 so that is an option
