Need a way to turely test if my HD is porforming like an ATA/100 drive should.

I'm look for a benchmark or some type of program that will tell my my HD is ata/100. I know it is. I just want my BIOS and Windows to agree with me. I don't have a reason to believe it's not running at it's full potential, i just want to be 100% sure.
