I'm charged with putting together a tutorial of sorts on how to restore Ghost images on various PCs using USB Flash drives that we've created. My problem thus far has been in finding a program that will run in memory and save images of the Ghost menu screens to a file, such as a bmp or pcx.

For the purposes of the tutorial, I could fake it and use a virtual DOS session either via Virtual PC or VMWare, but I was curious if anyone is aware of a program that will work in an actual DOS environment.

I was going to suggest DOSbox. but it looks like you have that covered already. That's the only way I can think of.

Microsoft's Virtual PC is free. So is VMWare. Take your pick.

I think the printscreen key works in DOS, if you have a local printer installed on LPT1.
