Need a way to lock down the icons in Win2K

You got it - I need a Registry hack or a policy(Win2K) or something to keep the icons from being re-auto-arranged or otherwise moved around on the desktop.

Also, if anyone knows a way to remove the Recycle Bin from the desktop - that'd be helpful as well. 🙂
