need a way to get $40 into paypal

i don't have a bank account to transfer funds from, i have account #1 with a credit card and account #2 for testing. can i send $40 from account #1 via credit card funds to account #2, then back to account #1 from account #2? account #1 has all my shipping and order history and all that. will paypal have a problem with this? will i have to wait any amount of time for my money to be able to be sent again?

he probably means he just didn't link the bank account to paypal... which is perfectly reasonable.

^exactly. i think the fee is only once, and thats for loading funds off the credit card. sending money from account #2 to #1 is account to account, and thus no fees.

Yeah, the fee is only charged once to add money in. Once there's money in the account it won't cost you or the recipient anything to transfer it.

well i just sent the money from account #1 to account #2, it charged and now i have the balance in account #2. i try to sent it back to #1, except it tells me i need to add a credit card to my account. i have 1 credit card, and that one is already being used by account #1. i can't send this money to anyone without a credit card. wtf am i supposed to do?
