I bought 2 LCD panels. Acer 20" X203H

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Acer+-+2...itor&cp=1&lp=1

I want to set up dual monitor on my desktop, However, I have an Emachine w3650, and it has only 1 vga built into the motherboard.

http://www.emachines.com/products/products.html?prod=W3650

The desktop spec says "...PCI-Express® slot available for upgrade...." so I guess I need to buy anoter video card that has 2 vga right?

For my desktop, what's the cheapest video card I can get that can let me do dual monitors?

You won't need much, I'd recommend getting something in the vein of a 4350 though. Should be less than $50, and very very low power usage combined with a great driver support for MM configs.

Wasn't sure what HDCP input was so i googled it.

High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) is a form of digital copy protection developed by Intel Corporation [1] to prevent copying of digital audio and video content as it travels across DisplayPort, Digital Visual Interface (DVI), High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI), Gigabit Video Interface (GVIF), or Unified Display Interface (UDI) connections.

Basically a dvi port with DRM.....gaaaaaaay

But yea semidevil, the card and monitor are perfectly compatible

Yep, it will work. One monitor you'll have to hook up using VGA, the other using a DVI cable (should have come with your monitors).

DVI usually offers a *slightly" better picture, but for 1680x1050 I wouldn't worry about it, it will look good. If it matters that much, a $50 9400GT is available with dual-DVI outputs.

I run dual monitor, my 19" LCD plugged into my ATI 4830, and the 15" LCD plugged into the onboard ATI 3200. If your BIOS supports this it may be just what you need.

He has Intel GMA, I don't think that will work for him. Those 3200s and 3300s are pretty nice IGPs though.
